Jewish Learning Program - Children 10 - 13 The focus of this program is to foster and grow a Jewish identity in older children. The curriculum covers Jewish holidays, customs, traditions, and The Jewish bible (Torah as well as other sections). The children learn to read Hebrew and practice common Hebrew prayers relevant to Bar/Bat Mitzvah preparation. This program is very interactive and includes class discussion and exchange of ideas. This program creates meaningful and memorable lessons about Jewish Identity and how Jewish history and traditions are relevant to our modern life as Reform Jews. Class meets approximately 2 times per month during the school year. |

JLP Kids - Children 6 - 9 The focus of the program is to foster a Jewish Identity in young children. The curriculum covers Jewish holidays, customs, traditions, and selected Torah stories. The children also learn Hebrew letters and begin to become familiar with common Hebrew prayers. Crafts, snacks, and games make this program engaging and fun. Class meets once per month during the school year. |
